Default Group photos suggestions needed

I have been asked to take photos moms and their children tomorrow at church.

I need some advice on the setup.

My guess is that I'll have about 12 feet from the camera to the group. Maybe a little more, but 12 feet for sure.

Obviously, I want everyone in focus. I'll be using a tripod and a full frame camera with a reflective umbrella as fill flash. I'll also be using a black backdrop. There's a lot of natural light coming from behind me from the glass walls.

What AF, TV and focal length have you used in the past for a set up like this?

Thanks for the advice.

Avoid going too wide on your lens focal length/zoom, especially if you have several rows of people. Too wide and you risk the heads in the back row being small relative to those in the front. Better to back up and use a more normal focal length.
