This question has to do with the digital rebel

Is there any way to enable AI servo AF (auto focus tracks the moving subject) in the creative zones? My understanding from reading the manual is that the only way AI servo AF will work is in the "action" preset mode.

The servo-mode focus kicks in by itself in "creative" modes. I usually use Av, and fin that if the subject moves after the focus is set, ServoAF keeps up with it.

Actually it can be annoying - using a ring USM lens I was trying to manually adjust the focus after half-press and the AF kicked in and ajusted it *back* again. :-)

Have a look at http://www.bahneman.com/liem/photos/...el-tricks.html

It tells you there how to do it by just bunging a 3.5mm jack plug into the remote socket. I tried it and it seems to work. Whilst you are there, read about Wasia's firmware.
