Thinking of buying either the Tamron 28-75 F2.8 XR Di or the Tamron 28-105 F2.8 LD IF for my 20D (currently I have the kit 18-55 plus Sigma 70-200 F2.8 and Sigma 100-300 F4).

I can find lots & lots of reviews on the Tamron 28-75 F2.8 but I can't find a single full review on the 28-105 (does that say anything about the lens !!!).

Has anyone any experience of using the Tamron 28-105 F2.8, if yes, what do you think of it ? Is it as good or better than the renowned 28-75 XR Di in handling and ultimately image quality.

Any comments would be much appreciated.
