Actually, I have LOTS of questions, but this is the one I'm going to ask.

First of all, let me say thanks to everyone who helped me in my decision to get a Rebel....I'm having fun trying to learn it.

So...here's myquestion: I like pictures (snapshots) to be bright and colorful, and I really don't want to have to post process (actually I tried to fix some up in Photoshop and totally messed them up). What parameters are best for indoor snapshots? How about outdoor?

Oh, also....if I set up parameters for Set 1, will those parameters be used when I shoot in auto, or only manual, or only certain other modes?

Okay, I lied, more than one question....but they all dealt with parameters! :?

Thanks to anyone who took the time to read this.

Use Set1 with +2 Saturation and shoot in 'P' Mode. It's the same as full auto but allows you to choose settings and use flash if needed.

Hope this helps
