Tried to find a cure for manual white balance problems in the forums, but to no avail.

I have over the past 2 years always used a manual white balance setting indoors on my 10D with a EF 24-85mm lens connected to a Bowens Esprit 500 via sync cord with excellent results. I have done the white balance by using a ordinary white piece of paper.

However since a month or 2 ago, while still using the same settings as above, I got the weirdest greenish or reddish cast for no apparent reason. I have tried both the AWB and Flash white balance settings, but the casts remained - I'm just not getting the pleasing results that I was used to

Anybody else who might have experienced the same or anyone who can offer some help?

Much obliged
