There's nothing at all wrong with that. A camera with FOV equivalent to FFwith 450 to 1200mm with image stabilization? I think most bird shooters would be OK with that. I was not aware of a KM with that sensor, though. I know only of the Maxxum 7D and Maxxum 5D, both with 6MP. I don't see it on the KM website.Or is this just a "what if..."? Ask me again, when the Maxxum 9D hits the shelves.

A full frame sensor with the pixel density of the Nikon D2x would be 30 megapixels. Now that's what I call high resolution!
