Default Tamron Adaptall and EOS Cameras

Proud new owner of EOS 10D wants to use old Manual focus Tamron Adaptall telephoto lens. It deosn't look like Tamron makes an adaptall adapter that fits this camera. Anyone familiar with Tamron Adaptall system and if there is an alternative.
(Short of duct-tape? )
Or am I SOL.

No luck for you there, Tamron adaptall system only works with Canon FD mount and the older Canon mount, not the current EF mount for AF. I heard of some off brand converters but it doesn't work well with the camera functions anyway, and you can't do a lot of things with the lens other than the manual mode. Your best bet is to purchase some new Canon EF USM lenses, another word: (why buying a cCadillac and put on four spare tires to drive, you never get the full benefits of what you're paying for anyway).
