Default Minolta X-370 to Canon T5 adapter?

I recently bought a canon rebel t5 camera and love it, but I have a bunch of old Minolta lenses that I'd still like to use. What kind of adapter do I need?

G'day mate

Over 100 views with no answer ... may I offer some thoughts here

The problem with trying to adapt one bayonet mount lens into another bayonet mount camera is one of different diameters and depths of the mounts

It is not possible to mix these 2 mounts - or those from say Nikon or Pentax - into a Canon mount

Should a 'magician' be able to do so, it is extremely likely that none of the resulting matched-lenses would focus to infinity

I suggest that if your love of these lenses is so great, talk to your local camera store about buying a Sony camera and see how these old lenses fit with the Sony ... it might / might-not be possible

Hope this helps
