Thanks for the info guys. Now when I shoot photos I never use the wide end. Im always usually in the middle probably at 35ish. Now as for the angles, I get told to take higher and lower angle at times so that's a pain in the butt because my boss always wants more to be shown.

Now the thing with the lens is that I notice grain. Also it doesn't really perform that well under low light.

Another off topic question: How would I set up my lighting to not get the light reflecting off the furniture? Its a big issue over here having the light reflecting off the furniture. We have 2 studio lights and extra lights on the top. I've tried taking pictures with out the top lights off but i still get reflections.

@Ordo: I've been editing the photos but I'd be more comfortable with the lens naturally sharpening the image.
