From the Fish Harbor, Gothenburg
Normally I don't care for one second about brand, but this 40mm lens feels right. Most of the RF Canonet had/has a 40mm lens. Now that was/is one beautiful camera

Well, the original was "provided" with the lens in the "gift pack" - a low water mark 1 lens 1 body cap 1 lens cap 1 lens hood? - No, of course not The folks over at the Firm do know how to do it (Look at the G1X) - The Panasonic or any third party manufacturer is much better You know all that. Needless to point it out. Anyhow - the lens itself is a wonder. People are happy about this new lens. Furthermore it solves all domestical problems as well as issues in the US foreign policy It cures many diseases and makes your soul bubble with laughter and common euphoria It's the "champagne" among lousy red wines. It ..... If it only weren't for that terrible lens cap and the lack of a hood, so .... Will I send it back for those two last reasons - yes, eh ... NO. One thing I don't look forward to, though, is having to fire my trusty Sherpa team Hoppla //T

Long time, Calicajun, It's on a Rebel 450D, a few years old by now, but it also works very well on the full frame houses. Is it hot where you live? We hear about draughts and wildfires Torgny

Torgny,
Yes I have been a bad boy, reading but not posting. Been busy with work and family and just a little tired (lazy would be a better word than tired). Temperatures are in the low 90 degs f here and lots of fires but none of them close to us this year so far.
