Default Problems with Kingston 256 CF Card and A70?

Normally, a 256 Cf card will hold about 154 photos in a A70 (3.2mp setting, the highest setting). I have a problem here, when I took the photos till there's spaces for 32 photos left, the A70 lcd prompted that 'MEMORY CARD ERROR'! and the whole CF card screwed up together with my photos! I need to reformat the card! After I reformat the card, the problem still there...whenever I took photos or video clips...the CF capacity shows that there's spaces for 32 photos left, the camera will show's that mempry card errorr..

I've contacted the Kingston support about this, they ask me to reformat the card using CF reader and PC system, I tried but the problem still there!

Is there any solution outtthere?
