I'm interested in getting Canon A630. Now I have a question to ask about using it for movie recordings. I've read that it can only record up to 1GB of memory. Does this mean thateven ifI have a 2GB SD memory card, the camera can only record up to 1GB, and will not exceed more than that?

And does this mean getting two 1GB cards will be better than getting one 2GB card if I want to record more than 1GB of movie?

Please let me know. Thanks!!

You will probably be able to shoot two 1GB movies in the same card. It's the movie file size what's limited.
