Does anyone know if the new Canon G9 or any of its A-series have HDR (high dynamic range) capability?

Thanks for sharing your information

Others feel free to chime in if I'm wrong,

HDR is not going to be a feature on the digital camera. HDR images are something you create. You basically snap several pictures each with different exposures. Then you use a piece of software "Photomatrix or similar" to combine all those shots to create a high dynamic image. Some like It some don't. I really only like It for specific shots. It can be quite a bit of work when compared to your normal work flow. Hope that helps
