Default Some S50 info request...

I'm thinking on buying a new digital camera to replame my old Casio QV-3000. I'm dropping the old camera because it's unable to focus in low light conditions. However since i had a bad experience with a S10, i would like to know if s50 can sufer from the same problem:

With S10, when i taked indor pictures with flash on, there were 2 problems:

- People skin was yellowish...
- The camera seem to use a low shutter speed (instead of the 1/60 regular sppeed), so if people were moving, they getted blured on the picture...

Can you guys, that have the S50 tell me if you ever had this kind of problem?

Default manual

The s50 can do RAW format.. so you can eliminate all the white balance processing etc..

Also can go full manual, or just shutter priority mode, so you can pretty much control how much blur you want or don't want.
aslong as there's enough light at the faster shutter speeds, you should bo ok. (or push the ISO rating up a bit, as last resort)

You can also control the flash power output.

And it does bracketing also, so you can't miss.(not in RAW more tho)

although it doesn't hurt to practice a little at your slow shutter handheld technique aswell..

have fun.
