Have any of you gotten just one isolated picture being blurry, it taken along with other pictures in similar lighting and distance conditions?

This happened to me, just once so far. The camera was a Canon SD700, although I don't think the model is relevant here.

This was sort of close up shooting, but not macro. I was photographing printed documents, using some zoom, and with the camera about three feed from the subject.

I took several pictures in a row (of different documents) and just one was very blurry, looking way out of focus as opposed to showing camera or subject movement. Only minor changes were made to the zoom and no other settings were changed. The picture taken immdiately after the blurry picture had no changes at all to the camera and that picture came out nice.
