So, I have kind of been looking into getting some lenses for my G9. I am wondering if they are good. These are the ones that I found on the Canon site, Lens Adapter LA-DC58H, Tele Converter TC-DC58C, Wide Converter WC-DC58B. Does anyone have any experience with them? Do you like them? Thanks much!

I have the Canon adapter and tele lens. They work well, however the adapter plus lens makes your G9 seem small. When you attach the lens to the G9, you will notice you must zoom out quite a bit to eliminate vingetting. This means your 6x optical suddenly becomes something more like a range of 10x to 12x (using the remaining zoom range). You don't get to cover a range of 7x to 12x.

I don't have the wide converter, but may consider it later. There are other lens options from third party sources. One source that provides one-stop-shopping is Lensmate. Here's a link to their page for the G7/G9 lens options.

Here's a blog/review on the Canon tele and wide lenses;
