Default Ultra II CF card and cases for A80?

Hi all,

I have finally decided on buying a PowerShot A80. I have a couple of question about accessories for it though. I might be at the wrong forum, but I thought the best would be the canon forum.

Is there a need for a Ultra II card or is it better to buy a "normal" SanDisk CompactFlash card? If I have understood correctly the A80 just have a normal USB and the Ultra II supports 2.0. Do I have to buy a reader in order to use the Ultra II cards?

Which is the best case? I have been looking at the Canon SC-PS600 and LowePro D-Res 8. Anyone using these ones? Any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

There is a need for something better than "normal" SanDisk. The standard SanDisk is really, really slow. But Ultra II would be completely wasted.

I would get something around 12x or so. Maybe a little higher. I certainly wouldn't go over 16x. After that, your camera won't be fast eough to take advantage of the extra speed the card has to offer.
