Default any sign of A85/A90?

should i just go ahead and get an A80, or hold out longer for a newer version?

I have a Canon A80 right now, and I am pretty sure that I will be replacing it with the new Canon S1 when it comes out.

10x optical instead of 3x
BUT 3.2mp instead of 4mp
image stabilization
intervalometer (time lapse shots, like, 1 shot every minute for an hour)
metal tripod mount (gotta be careful with the plastic on on A80, easy to destroy it if you don't take care when attaching it to the tripod)
flip up flash.

I forget what else.
