Default tamron 28-75 or Tamron 17-50??

I was expecting to get some views on what I should purchase to replace my kit 18-55 for my 70D.
Tamron 28-75 F/2.8 or Tamron 15-50 F/2.8 or

I presently have:
Canon 60mm F/2.6, Canon 70-300 f/4-5.6, Canon 18-55 F/3.5-5.6. and the Canon 35mm F/2

I am just starting to do landscape photos and prepare on getting the Rokinon 14mm, but I generally do street or portraits photography.

I got the 28-75 on my 70D and I LOVE IT. I am also searching for a wider lens. I picked up the 18-55 STM on amazon for $120.00, it takes really sharp pics and is totely silent in video mode. The 15-50 tammy does not get many good reviews due to some AF problems. But I have never had one, based solely on what I was reading on it.
