Hello everyone!

I just have a quick question regarding the Canon SD110. I purchased this camera a few days ago, and I noticed that when I am in menu mode (dark backround) and I am scrolling through the various options, every time I press the button (up, down, left, right) I see a slight ripple on the LCD screen. Likewise if I press slightly on the case itself away from the LCD screen-like by the speaker or further right- the LCD screen ripples a little bit. The effect is similar to what happens if you press on the back of a laptop screen. This ripple is not seen when the LCD is in colors other than black/dark.

I wanted to find out if this is a normal characteristic of digital cameras (especially small digital cameras like the SD110) or if there was some sort of a defect and I should get it exchanged. I looked at the display camera at the store and saw that it rippled slightly as well, when touching different areas of the camera, but it was hard to tell since the store has so much lighting.

Your thoughts and opinions on this would be greatly appreciated!
