I've owned a Sony DSC-W1 camera for nearly a year now and I'm pretty much at wits end with the blurry pix and horrible flash range. It's a great camera for outdoor still shots, (and good movie mode), but I mostly use it for pics of my 1 year old and it's not so good, so I'm considering selling it and getting the SD400.

Anyways, I have some questions for you SD400 owners or knowedgable fans:

1. Are you happy with image quality with indoor pics (in auto mode, which I'd use 90% of the time)? And how often do you get blurry, out of focus pics?

2. What's the flash range on the SD400?

3. How is the movie quality (at 30 fps 640 x 480 (VGA)? MyW1 is mpeg andprettygood and the SD400 is AVI. (Just wondering if there is a dropoff or increase in quality)

4. I've read the SD400 has a 'Kids & Pets' setting. What does this do and is it good?

5. Exactly what kind of memory card is best for this camera (especially to handle the movie mode (W1 needs memory stick pro, not regular memory stick)? (ideally i'd get a 1gb or 2gb card)

Thanks for your insight!
