Default Got a new s30 for x- mas, busted it on new years? fixable?:(

Well I got my first digicam for christmas an s30(funny though..I asked for an s230..but i'm not complaining). Anyway the pictures and everything were great...then disaster struck. My camera was in my pocket..and I was changing pants to goto sleep (while a bit tipsy) and the camera fell out of my pocket and landed ont he floor. Well it sorta turns on..the indicator light turns orange..and the LCD turns on. The LCD just powers up..shows the splash screen then turns blank. The LCD then displays 'E18' in the lower left corner. It makes a few beeps then nothing. The optics will not come out or anything. There is ZERO physical damage to the exterior of the camera, it is in mint condition.

I'm assumin e18 is an error message? anybody know what it means? thanks alot.

Also, what are the chances I can get this repaired for not an arm and a leg? or even under warranty. The Camera was purchased at Best Buy.
