My previously trusty camera has mysteriously cracked its lcd {first noticed when arrived at Oz snowfields !! ). So went to local shop and ,as predicted, was advised too expensive to repair so buy a new one ! Having trawled the net now realize this is not an uncommon problem so organized a replacement from canon Australia ($100). Does anyone have experience with how to actuallyreplace the screen? This model (A 80) has the fold out rotating lcd screen. I have seen a lot on the s400 on steves forums but nothing on the powershot A80.
