Hi,I've got a hard problem with my powertshot s50: my battery had very low power, when I opend the cameras shutter to take some pictures. It showed "low battery"-symbol for a second, then nothing happened anymore. "No prblem" I thougth, "lets change the battery". But now my problem began: I could'nt open the battery bay, perhaps because the shutter has to be closed before. So I tried to close teh shuterr, but this is impossible too. Maybe, the objectiv¬* is not completely in its right place, because it tried to move forward, when starting the camera, so it now might lock the shutter? What could I do to solve this problem? Thanks in advance,Roger

You'll probably have to call canon support to ask them why you can't open the door of the battery compartment.
