Hi folks,

I went to beach with my A95. While I was taking some pictures of my wife, water from waves sprinkled on my cam and it stopped working. I cannot turn on my cam.

I'm using NiMH and I tried with 2 different battery sets. it is still not working. I have also used AC adaptor. But no use.

Any idea what the problem is?

Please help.

well did water just sprinkled on it, or did the camera get dunked in the water by accident?

if the the later the insides are probably still wet, u can try opening it up the batter door and the CF door and blowing a hairdryer at it for about a half an hour (probably not a good idea to have it blowing hot air the whole time, my can just be set to blow air), maybe just alternate between the too.

the only problem might be if it was salt water (which is sounds like) and that can really mess up a camera...

well good luck
