Hey all, quick question: I'm shooting some wrestling shots after school with the coach's friend's 20D. They've changed the lighting, so it's basically lit like a regular room, but I still want some deep, intense shots. How do I go about this? Any suggestions?

What lens are you using, a fast prime like a 50mm f1.8 or 85mm f1.8that will give you the ability to shoot at faster shutter speeds without flash, or some xx-300mm zoom that's a slow f4-5.6and will require some sort of flashing to stop action? Will you have access to a flash unit, or just the built-in flash? How far away will you be?

You've left lots of holes in the variables someone would need to know in order to answer correctly.
