Has anyone experienced lag on the LCD when it is auto adjusting for brightness (or attempting) in a dark setting. When the camera focuses in light areas it has near perfect response, but the LCD has a definite lag when being used in the dark. Is this normal for the sd450, or did i get a bad seed???

Mine is the same, it has made me miss my sd200, I think it may be a sub-par lcd component used by canon. I could be this because the screen itself being 2" is less expensive than the 1.5" used by the sd200. I think it could also be the "low-light enhancing" that the sd450 is supposed to have. I have a feeling this could put a significant processing load on the camera's processor, causing the annoying lag. One other gripe I had about the screen was the grainyness of the picture - this again be from upping the screen size but not the resolution. I may be switching back to a sd200 soon.....
