Default A70 with 640X480

I've been shooting the kids all afternoon in this movie mode and was pretty impressed with the quality of the video. They say this camera has some red eye problems well I havn't seen even a slight bit of red eye yet but i've only had the camera for a few days. I sure am glad I had this forum to come to before I bought my camera. Lots of good info here. Well i'm going to burn my movie clips on to a cd in SVCD form and see how it looks on the 47"widescreen Thanks

hi there, frostman!!

i'm about to purchase the same camera, but i'm concerned about the "softness" problems a lot of people complain here, and on some reviews online also.

they say the camera has some focusing issues, that the focus is too sensible, and pics are very often slightly out of focus specially on details. also, that the camera has a lot of problems to focus in low light conditions, which will be the basic condition of my pics.

can you please offer me some words of wisdon and personnal experience with the a70??

Peace for us all,

This should answer your question about softness.
