Just having some difficulties loading Canon Zoombrowser on my HP Pavilion t480a computer. I get almost through the process and then get an error type message.

I tried usingsafe mode and it would not load at all. Came straight up with an error message.

I am fairly sure it is not a faulty disc as the software was with my Canon S50 and it has been loaded on my old computer which incidently was also an HP without any difficulties.

Has anyone experienced similar difficulties?? (or am i just lucky) If so, would really appreciate if you could let me know if you were able to resolve the problem. I thought it may have been a conflict between the Canon software and Windows XP.

If it not that, I can only conclude it may be a conflict wwith somethingon my HP recovery disc. Any ideas??

Thanks in advance for any info

Have you tried temporarily disabling any anti-virus software or monitoring software that you have running?
