Default Auto exposure lock in Canon D80 or 90 (D60 replacement)

I'm a newbie to this forun so pardon if this has been answered. I could not find it. Does the D-60 or its upcoming replacement have an exposure lock (independent of the AF)? My Canon A2E has one, and it's a feature I use often. I once had a camera that had a very clumsy arrangement for this (the A-10 I think) and I hated it.
