I just purchased the Z-750. The camera takes great photos but I am unable to save adjustments I make to date , time and quality parameters. Every time I turn the camera on I get the language screen and I have to start the whole setup process over again. Any ideas? Thanks

Are you pushing the Set button before exiting the menu when you set the date and time? Other than that I can think of no reason it should be resetting itself.

Yes and any changes I make will last until I turn off the camera. Every time I turn on the camera its a clean slate so to speak.

In Set Up try the "Reset". Check the Rec menu under Memory that everything went to Off.

Hi,
from my point of view the language selection should never come up after power on unless the camera is new or has been without power for a very long time. For me this sounds very much like a defect unfortunately. Regards - MacSass |
