I bow down and kiss the feet of the Casio Canada service department! I came here afew weeksago looking for a solution toa new problem on my camera: all it would do was display:

[align=left]I didn't find any help in the forums (a firmware upgarde wouldn't work) so I broke down and sent it to Casio; they said they'd call with a quote on fixing it. I expected a lengthy wait and a big bill - surprise! 10 days later, my camera is back, and looks like new! It had had a lot of use, and was pretty banged up (it was a tough little thing) but they reset the system, adjusted the lens, and replaced the case, all free of charge. Oh, and they paid for shipping too. I didn't have a warranty or anything. Problem solved, and no more dents! [/align]
[align=left]I can't guarantee that the same will happen to anyone else, just wanted everyone to know that Casio saved my camera. For free! Woo hoo! [/align]
