EX-Z75 "hidden" directions for customizing up and

I have an EX-Z75 camera that I love, and I'm looking for the "secrret" (Not in the manual) directions for customizing the up and down arrows on the four-way switch.

I found these once, but now can't find them again.

I want to use the up-arrow on the four-way to toggle between "Autofocus", "Infiniity focus", "pan focus", and "macro focus".

Can someone point me to the directions on doing this, please?
