hi, 1st post... I wonder if you could help with macro and 1000fps/420fps vids on my Casio EX-FC100
I am trying to film some bees gathering pollen from my flowers and would like to use 1000fps or 420fps to capture the bees hovering and the wing movement. When I shoot the vid I set the camera to macro focus and choose 1000fps. Before pressing record vid I half press the still shutter control to hopefully focus the camera and then press the vid button to start and stop shooting. ( the image seems to degrade visibly in the rear screen and the quality is lost when playing back or viewing on the tv). Am I missing something or isnt it possible to use macro focusing with high frames per sec video? (btw the macro is fantastic for still photos) Thanks for any help. |
