I got my Casio EX-Z40 a week ago. Unfortunately I got a big problem today. For some reason, the lens are stuck in the middle, neither on or off and I couldn't turn the cameraon or off. Nothing is functioning.I don't know what happened. Maybe I pushed some button unintentionally. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I'd really appreciate your help.

Thanks a ton,

I have not had this problem with my z40. Its best if you go to a camera shop and let them have a look at it. Or go to the shop were you got the camera from. Have you tried contacting casio? You can on the exilim website.

Did you ever get your camera fixed?

If not I am in need of the cables that go to the cradle. I got an open box EX-Z40 with any cables.

Thanks if you have them to spare. I hope that you got your camera fixed though.
