Default Goat's Beard

The following is a member of the Epidendrum family of orchids. It's sometimes commonly called Goat's Beard for obvious reasons.
"Epidendrum ciliare".

This was taken with an old HP315 photosmart with a Tiffen macro lens attachment. A rather kludgy kit but it does work. It does demonstrate you can get fairly decent pictures with a point and shoot camera that can be rigged with an add on lens.

Mahalo - that's the Hawaiian word for thanks.
Appreciate the feedback.

Very interesting looking flower. I love the water droplets.
I also had a look at your website. I especially liked the sunsets. It must be nice to live in Hawaii.
I was there twelve years ago for my honeymoon and someday I hope to go back.
