Default Pink Flower - First Closeup Ever.

Hi All,

I bit the bullet and bought the Kodak DX6340 I've been salivating over for a while, this shot was about the 3rd or 4th -ever- so I know there's lots to be done, and lots to learn.. but as an uneditted image, I quite like it..

that's an fine macro. But to be honest I like the thumb better. It's concentrated on one flower only - I think it work better. Be carefull not to have two eyecatchers, unless you have some experience in this!

Thanks for the reply.

Once I took the shot I knew I could have framed it better, but I was all buzzy with new-camera glee and running around snapping shots off..

That's one bright picture. I agree with Klaus, this might be a case in which one is better than two.

Hmmmm....

Reminds me of Hindu proverb....

"If you have two loaves of bread give one to the
poor, sell the other and buy hyacinths to feed
your soul."

Soooooo......

I can imagine you capturing your two flowers...

then picking a flower to give to two of your
friends.

No, I have not been drinking!
