At f13 and even closer with second flash on the foliage at the lower part of the plant.

All images taken with a Nikkor 105mm macro on a D200.

nice shots, i think its the composition that makes the shot rather than the subject (4 flowers in a row)

I am lately interested in making reflectors of my own to serve the purpose of changing the surfacetexture ofthings being shot. A cheap way to make reflectors is to use the tetrapak boxes of beverages. The rectangular cross section of this kind of boxes just fits well with the shaft ofthe Nikon flash from whichlight emits.

Iwould post some of theDIY reflectors I have made so far. Hope thatpassers-by here will dothe sameso that I can benefit from them as well.
