Default twin flowers

this picture interests me in that the shaddows of the stamens/pistol seem to be angled differently. can anyone explain this?
also i like the way the flowers unfolded in different directions.

Simple - the light could be a flash, window, parasol whatever was on your right side.

But funny shot!

Or you moved the shadow yourself??

all i think i did was autobalamce the picture and maybe crop it and resized it. no flash. was out in bright sunlight. the flowers were in a big bucket in front of a brick wall. the shaddows must have to do with the angle/perspective that somehow doesn't appear in the picture.

I recall that the modern day "flat earth society" -- a group of folks who believe that we really didn't go to the moon -- think the whole thing was staged on a big set. One of their arguments -- in photos of the astronauts working outside their capsule, some shadows seemed to be going in different directions. On the Discovery Channel, they were able to show that it was a trick of perspective, and recreate the illusion in a model. I wonder if there is something like that going on here, too?
