I got my wife some pink tulips for Valentines day. I find them much prettier than the usual red roses. Their soft colors and petal textures lends itself well to shooting wide open. These were shot with my canon 20D, canon 50mm f1.8 wide open. Natural light next to a window.

Hung....#2 is my favorite. I love the underside view and the lighting is fantastic. Good job. You've got a winner in this one. They are all good though.

thanks mandy and kefln. i love my 50mm f1.8 lens. give it some soft window light and its magic.
