I finally got a sharp one! I used a nikon D300 with a 70-200 mm lens and a 2x teleconverter. After months of trying, I think i finally did it.

You did it - nice and sharp, however it is not a bee but a fly! It is aYellow JacketWasp mimic (fooled you like it was supposed to, didn't it) -- a Flower Fly or Hover Fly.
