Default Oil is thicker than water

Hey, trying out some macro. Tell me what you think.
I really want a macro lens now . The things I got at the moment just can't cut it.

Nice shot. Looks a bit like fractals. What did you use for the colorful background colors.

Pretty cool! It just became my next project. Thanks for the idea.

I used a casserole dish with water and put food oil resting between two, in my case, high glasses and a 70s costume I bought a couple of weeks ago for a party, hehe

You need plenty of light, in my case sun and a tripod of course. I would recommend a macro lens. This would be a delight with a macro instead
I used my 55-200 for this, because I wanted to try out the macro on it. Unfortunately the sun disbanded me before I could try my 18-55 lens as well

No sorry I don't. I didn't do this until right before sundown and the sun escaped on me

Here's two other crops from this segment. Hope you like it.

I know that the first one is almost identical to the first post, but only foreground wise. It's background is a bit different and this got more color as well.
The second one is the only other shot out of 10 total, that was good enough to show.
