Default Lilies of the Valley

From the HS10. I can't say I'm wild about these mainly because the lighting seems lackluster. They just don't seem to pop.

Those are very interesting. I've never seen these type before. Could definitely use a few of these in my garden! Thanks for posting.

The second one is definitely better. You are right that the lighting is difficult - have you tried fill flash in this kind of situation?

Lighting was kind of weird that day. Bright overcast. Good for wildlife, not so good for Lilies of the Valley.

gj,

Beautiful picture. Over here children pick them for Mother's day. On the title, did you study the history of the name or is it pure luck?

Love the Lily of the Valley ! The smell is intoxicating and it's gorgeous flower together with the petals makes it among the top 3 flowers for me

thanks for sharing this... can't wait until my Lillies have burst out

I literally have fields of it at home... Every year, I give away big bouqetes to friends and family , hehe... I have old pictures of the "fields" but I'll go ahead and take new pictures
And I don't want to hijack a thread

Hope to see more from your HS10.. You're really making that camera justice in your shots !
