God's creations are so beautiful......

Canon 50D, tripod mounted w/shutter release. Canon 100mm macro lens. Aperture f/5.6, shutter 1/30 sec.

Thanks everyone....it was fun realizing that the spider web was there when setting up the shot. I didn't notice it til I got zoned in on the flower through the macro lens.

Focus seems off or it's soft for other reasons. Aperture could have been smaller to get it all in focus since you were using a tripod the slightly longer shutter speed shouldn't have been much of a problem.

Portrait photographers pay good money for softening filters which enhance their images.

Think of this as a portrait of a flower.
