Default Flowers at the pumpkin patch

I took the family to a pumpkin patch this afternoon. It had the usual things - hay rack ride, corn maze, pumpkins, etc. It also had something I hadn't encountered before. For a couple bucks you'd get a cup and some scissors and you could get some fresh cut flowers. Mostly zinnias, but some marigolds and a few others. I use these pictures as justification as to why I went ahead and bought a new camera. When we moved, my wife decided that we should take some of my pictures of our roses from our rose garden at our old house. I'd take a fair number of pictures over the years, and have a few that I wouldn't be completely embarrassed to frame on the wall. However, she decided that to fit the color scheme of the new house, we'd need to get prints of red roses. I looked through my archives. I didn't have one picture of a red rose that was in focus. Whites, pinks, no problem, just no red. I had to conclude that my old camera was just incapable of focusing on red flowers (plus, with a 1G xD card, it took the better part of 30 seconds just to turn on). The new camera doesn't seem to have that problem (I wouldn't put any of these on the walls either, it was getting late and everybody was getting hot and cranky, so I kind of rushed through the flowers).

Anyway, thanks for reading the story, and looking at the pictures.

Thanks for looking Hards80, and it brings up something I haven't been able to figure out. Often times there's a request to number the pictures when posting multiples, except I couldn't figure out how to do it. When I attach multiple pictures, the board software seems to put them in one block, and I don't see how to interleave pictures and text. Thanks again.
