I was looking at your closeup of the can opener today and thought how frightful it would be, to be the top of a can and facing the torture of these medeival looking devices. Well done! would never have thought of something this simple and getting what your vision turned out! Frank

Cheeers Frank, "medeival looking devices" ooo yea I agreee.
I like looking at the macros of insects and things and think how lucky we are that there not like the size of of a big dog, we'd beee dooooomed.

It,s great trying to think about how to make some things about the house look interesting close up and unlike a landscape if it's not right needs some tweaking etc it's real easy to set up and take another and no mater what the weather or lighting outside it makes no difference.

Here's a pic of my simple set up.

Thanks for the compliment Mateyyy.

Cheers Mateyyyy Mate.
I thought I'de post it cos I always thought loads of gear wold be needed but really a lot can be done with just a few things from the house.
Had lots of new small things to photograph at Mom in laws.
Just listened to Tom Petty greatest hits on you tube, Brrrriliant, real upbeat stuff. It was like pouring 10 espressos in my ears.
cameras Great, quite compact compared to some.
Pm ing you in the morning Mateyyyyyy.
