Default Broccoli?

I know how broccoli looks like, but this was right next to it and there was no description of it. Is it familiar to anyone?

Zuhdo,

Are you pulling our leg?
Looks like something from Star wars...
Incidentally, nice shot but what is it?

Lol Selvin,

This is some vegetable, really. I was stunned when I saw it and had to take a photo of it. I must buy it next time, maybe it's delicious. Or maybe it's a Jedi food
Reminds me of those mega-huge drills used in mines (and scary movies).

Hahaha.. It looks like a christmas tree with a bunch of christmas trees on it. Maybe you can decorate it.

Nice picture! Like the many details.

But hey c'mon: you don't know broccoli? You missed something, I tell you!
If you like cauliflower, you'll love broccoli

Lol kex, you misunderstood it. I do know what broccoli is but I don't know what's the thing on the picture. I saw it in the shop right next to the broccoli

oops. sorry.
But then I know what it is, at least I guess so.

I know a vegetable which is a mixture between broccoli and asparagus, and it looks like this.
How big were the vegetables?

This is Commonly referred to as "Green Cauliflower" or more appropriately known as "Romanesco Ottobrino" which is popular in Northern Italy. The origin of this cauliflower is traced to China.
