They may be "common" but beautiful. #2 is exquisite.

Carlo what equipment and pp do you use to get such extraordinary detail in such small and skitterish butterflies?

I used D300 and 70/180 macro nikon
For PP I use PS cs3

They may be common butterflies, but there is nothing common about your photography - just breathtakingly excellent. 2&3 are my faves. How many hours do you spend waiting for these shots??

Thanks Dyane: for these not many because common blue is very very common in Italy
