Default Flies Blowing Bubbles

all are shot using a Canon 40D, Sigma 105mm macro, a Canon 430ex off camera mounted and diffused, Raw format in Manual mode, hand held

Those are great photo's!! It just amazes me you can hand hold your camera and get such great results with narrow DOF.
