You know, when Germany invaded France they could ask "Was ist das?" (What's that?) So some French made the word "wassisdass" for some objects. Funny. So what is this, is it a "whatisit"?

Nice shot. Possibly a Large Pincertail Dragonfly. Hard to say, there are so many "brands" of dragonflies.

Thank you all. I think I found out the name. Penolta might know better but it could be a Libellula quadrimaculata, Four-spotted Chaser, Four-spotted Skimmer
